Celebrate Malaysia | Style, Snap & Win Contest Terms & Conditions

Organiser
This contest is organised by Syopz Mall, TEG Assets Sdn. Bhd. (“Organiser”).
Eligibility
- Open to all Malaysian residents aged 16 and above.
- Employees of the Organiser, tenants of Syopz Mall, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period
- The contest runs from 28 August 2025 to 30 September 2025.
- Any entries received after 11:59PM on 30 September 2025 will not be considered.
How to Participate
Participants must:
Dress in any outfit featuring at least 2 colors from the Malaysian Flag (Blue, Yellow, Red, White).
b. Take a creative photo (solo or group) anywhere within Syopz Mall.
c. Post the photo on Instagram feed (Stories will not be eligible)
d. Ensure the post includes:
• Follow @syopz.mall,
• Tag @syopz.mall
• Use hashtag #SyopzUniteInColors
• Ensure the Instagram account is set to “Public” for the entry to be visible.
Prizes & Winner Selection
- Grand Prize (x1): Huawei Band 10 Watch (worth RM219) – awarded to the Most Creative Photo.
- First Prize (x1): JBL GO 4 Speaker (worth RM199) – awarded to the entry with Most Likes on Instagram.
- Consolation (x5): FamilyMart Voucher (worth RM30) – awarded to Special Picks by Syopz Mall.
- “Most Likes” will be counted based on likes received on the contest closing date (30 September 2025, 11:59PM).
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify those that do not comply with contest rules.
- The Organiser’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
Winner Announcement
- Winners will be announced on 3 October 2025 via @Syopz.Mall’s Instagram account.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of announcement to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture.
Rights & Usage
- By participating, entrants agree to allow Syopz Mall to use their photos, names, and likenesses for publicity, promotional, and advertising purposes without compensation.
Liability
- The Organiser will not be held responsible for late, incomplete, or inaccessible entries due to technical or internet issues.
- The Organiser will not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in this contest or redemption of prizes.
General
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, all entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
